Scott Phillips and 723 Spring Street, Ann Arbor’s First LEED Platinum Certified Home, were recently featured in the June Issue of Photon Magazine, authored by Melissa Bosworth. The article discusses Michigans recent experience with Renewable Energy Standards (RES) legislation relative to solar photovoltaic and other renewable energy sources.
